Irini was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece, the birthplace of Alexander the Great. She moved to the U.S. when she was twenty years old. She is the proud mother of a teenage son and fully understands how difficult it is to raise a family and build a career simultaneously.
Irini earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from Park University. She speaks three languages, English, Greek, and Italian. She had a very successful career of twenty years in Business Marketing working for various large corporations in the Washington Metropolitan area.
Irini is a self starter and believes in giving her best effort when she takes on a project, in both her personal and professional life. She enjoys snow skiing, boating, and swimming, but most of all being a mother and spending quality time with her son.
Her vision for Staffing Solutions@ Mothers’ Aides is to assist every family with their needs so they can enjoy a better quality of life. Debra brings with her more than 20 years of diversified experience working with children, families and corporate executives.
As a graduate of The University of Bridgeport with a degree in Mental Health, Debra began her journey working with mentally and physically challenged children through creative play and art therapy. She switched directions after several years and joined the business world where she was highly successful in Brand Marketing, focusing on the Hospitality industry.
Because making a difference in the lives of others has always been her dream, Debra became an educator both with Head Start and Fairfax County Public Schools. At the same time, she started her own Nanny Training and Placement agency in 1991 after experiencing a near tragedy with her own children.
Debra feels the work she does at SS@MA is important because it gives her the opportunity to work with a wonderful staff and to use her sense of intuition and integrity in finding top quality Household Staffing for the area's most distinguished families.
Today, she is proud to be a part of SS@MA and brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and a passion to live her dream.
Debra is a mother of two teenagers and enjoys living a healthy balanced lifestyle of exercise, travel, entertaining and family.

Kristie grew up in southern Virginia and earned her B.A. in Psychology and minor in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. After relocating to Northern Virginia, she spent a number of years in human resources, business administration, and recruiting in the technical industry, as well as some time in non-profit working in restorative processes with offenders, ex-offenders and their families, before entering religious life. Although unable to continue in monastic religious life after a number of years due to failing physical health, her passion for assisting others remains active in what she considers to be the ideal job since she is able to help people find jobs and fill a vital need for their families.

Born and raised in London, England, Karen started her career as a caregiver for Staffing Solutions. She moved on to become the assistant director of a daycare center for several years before joining the Staffing Solutions team. Her experience gives her an uncommon ability to see things through the eyes of both caregiver and client.
Her love of children led her to study child psychology and child development and to win Fairfax County's Outstanding Student award in Child Care Education.
Karen has volunteered with mentally and physically challenged children and adults and has been an elementary school mentor. In her spare time, she enjoys hand-making cards, interior design, movies, watching her eight nieces and nephews and caring for her two adopted cats.

Brenda came to Staffing Solutions with administrative experience and a passion for helping children. One of three children whose parents emigrated from El Salvador, she is currently engaged to be married. She is in the process of pursuing her degree in psychology and hopes to use it in the future to aid children and teens as they navigate the challenges associated with growing up.
When she is not working, Brenda loves to read, listen to music, dance and enjoy the peace and solitude of nature.
