Anne Guerin, the mother of three grown children, created a nanny referral agency in 1979 and called it Mothers' Aides. In 2002, to acknowledge the growth of her business and its expanded family and home staffing services, she renamed her company Staffing Solutions @ Mothers' Aides.
Anne is originally from Paris, France, but has lived in the U.S. since she was eight years old. She is a believer in healthy living and loves to hike, run, travel and climb mountains. In fact, in 2005 she climbed Mont Blanc in the French Alps. "I always strive to do and be the best in anything I do, and that includes my business," Anne notes. "I won't settle for anything less than placing just the right candidate in a client's home."

Debra brings with her more than 20 years of diversified experience working with children, families and corporate executives.
As a graduate of The University of Bridgeport with a degree in Mental Health, Debra began her journey working with mentally and physically challenged children through creative play and art therapy. She switched directions after several years and joined the business world where she was highly successful in Brand Marketing, focusing on the Hospitality industry.
Because making a difference in the lives of others has always been her dream, Debra became an educator both with Head Start and Fairfax County Public Schools. At the same time, she started her own Nanny Training and Placement agency in 1991 after experiencing a near tragedy with her own children.
Debra feels the work she does at SS@MA is important because it gives her the opportunity to work with a wonderful staff and to use her sense of intuition and integrity in finding top quality Household Staffing for the area's most distinguished families.
Today, she is proud to be a part of SS@MA and brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and a passion to live her dream.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Jeannette graduated from George Mason University with a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Organizational Communication. While raising their five children, she and her husband owned and operated a real estate settlement business. Recruiting quality staff and offering exceptional customer service was the driving force behind a successful business.
Realizing the need for quality childcare, Jeannette became a client of Staffing Solutions. Her experience was extraordinarily positive, and as a result she employed the same nanny for over five years. It was this personal experience that prompted Jeannette to become an employee of Staffing Solutions.
Jeannette has a passion for coaching and finds great pleasure in teaching teamwork and friendship through the love of sport. In addition, she is a patron of the fine arts and a member of the Fairfax Choral Society.

Kristie grew up in southern Virginia and earned her B.A. in Psychology and minor in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. After relocating to Northern Virginia, she spent a number of years in human resources, business administration, and recruiting in the technical industry, as well as some time in non-profit working in restorative processes with offenders, ex-offenders and their families, before entering religious life. Although unable to continue in monastic religious life after a number of years due to failing physical health, her passion for assisting others remains active in what she considers to be the ideal job since she is able to help people find jobs and fill a vital need for their families.

Debbie has worked in business administration for almost 20 years and has been a primary caregiver to the elderly as well as to several cancer patients before joining Staffing Solutions. She continues with this passion today as a companion to a terminally ill teenager. Her compassion for cancer patients and their families drives her commitment to remain involved with pediatric oncology patients and families in the future.
This unique blend of compassion and skill gives her the distinctive ability to understand both the client and caregiver side to each situation.
A single mother of a daughter in college, Debbie is a critical thinker and problem solver who can figure out a way to fix almost anything from household repairs to computer issues. She loves to learn, garden and decorate in her spare time.

Born and raised in London, England, Karen started her career as a caregiver for Staffing Solutions. She moved on to become the assistant director of a daycare center for several years before joining the Staffing Solutions team. Her experience gives her an uncommon ability to see things through the eyes of both caregiver and client.
Her love of children led her to study child psychology and child development and to win Fairfax County's Outstanding Student award in Child Care Education.
Karen has volunteered with mentally and physically challenged children and adults and has been an elementary school mentor. In her spare time, she enjoys hand-making cards, interior design, movies, watching her eight nieces and nephews and caring for her two adopted cats.

Brenda came to Staffing Solutions with administrative experience and a passion for helping children. One of three children whose parents emigrated from El Salvador, she is currently engaged to be married. She is in the process of pursuing her degree in psychology and hopes to use it in the future to aid children and teens as they navigate the challenges associated with growing up.
When she is not working, Brenda loves to read, listen to music, dance and enjoy the peace and solitude of nature.
